Dr. Yihua An, director of the Department, associate chief physician, associate research fellow, advisor of postgraduates, member of editorial board of Biomedical and Environmental Sciences (journal cited by SCI) and Chinese Journal of Experimental Surgery, expert of Appraisement for CNS Injury and Repair of the National Natural Science Funds, has studied under the indoctrination of Prof. Qinshun Dai, standing committee member of Society of Neurosurgery, Chinese Medical Association and Prof. Zhongcheng Wang, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the director of Society of Neurosurgery, Chinese Medical Association. His features in specialty: treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cerebral traumata and spinal injury, motor neuron disease, cerebral palsy, multiple system atrophy by neural stem cells. Till now he has published more than 30 theses in core journals at home and abroad, 6 of them are written in English cited by SCI.
