Dr. Lihua Xiao, the director of the Institute, professor, chief physician, advisor of doctors of medicine, majors in diagnosis and treatment of orbital disease, and has abundant clinical experiences of over 20 years. Study and Atlas of Operation of Orbit, Color Atlas of Orbit Operation, Modern Diagnostics of the Orbital Disease written by him fill the blank in operation of orbital disease, which has contributed great to the development of the career of orbital disease. He has ever won the 2nd prize of Progress in Science and Technology and Expertise Contribution Award of the PLA. He enjoys special subsidy by the State Council.
