Now radiofrequency ablation (RFA) therapy on supraventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, frequent ventricular premature contraction, intervention of coronary heart disease, emergency PCI therapy for acute myocardial infarction, permanent pacer installation, three-cavity pacer in treatment of refractory heart failure, intervention for congenital heart disease (such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, A-P fistula or window, etc.), percutaneous balloon plasty of valvular disease of the heart, intervention of peripheral vascular disease, intravascular stent-graft, percutaneous transventricular septal myocardium ablation for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, bone marrow stem cell transplant for myocardial infarction, etc., among which transradial approach for percutaneous coronary intervention has reached internationally leading level.
