As a comprehensive clinical Department with TCM closely integrated with rehabilitation and physiotherapy, the Department of TCM Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy has substantial scientific and technological strength, consisting of 3 main parts, i.e. clinics, wards and laboratory. With treatment, teaching and scientific research as a whole body, the Department has been undertaking the task of treating extensive armed polices and local patients. Meanwhile, it also takes the important task for the healthcare of leaders in the Armed Police Force. At present rehabilitation and physiotherapy have been developing quite completely. The Department is equipped with advanced devices and machines. Psychological consult clinic has been set up. The Department has obtained outstanding achievements especially in medical quality, development of new therapeutic technique as well as scientific research. The Department has been appraised by patients from all over the country for marked clinical efficacy of various kinds of diseases. The Department has ever won two prizes of scientific research achievement. It also has been successively appraised as advanced Department and advanced party branch.
